Sirius Petroleum

Corvus Structured the reverse take over of Sirius Petroleum Plc in July 2008 and has raised significant capital for the Company via equity placement. The Company has recently structured a Senior Loan Facility Agreement with Trafigura PTE Ltd. The Facility Agreement provides for up to US$200m to be deployed on further development of the producing Abura field.
