Nuformix : Listing

Corvus originated and negotiated Nuformix’s successful listing on the London Stock Exchange, by way of a Reverse Takeover by Levrett Plc, delivering 120x return for original investors.

Manoira Corporation

Corvus is the founding and majority shareholder of Manoira Corporation, a specialty animal treatment company focused on developing proprietary intellectual property using solid form technology. Manoira specialise in the research and development of pharmaceutical and other health products for livestock and pets and intend to develop their portfolio of products to prevent and treat a variety of animal diseases and conditions.

Conduit Pharmaceuticals

Corvus is the founding and majority shareholder of Conduit Pharmaceuticals, a disease agnostic life science company providing an efficient model for compound development. Conduit successfully completed a business combination with Murphy Canyon Acquisition Corp. in September 2023 for a proforma enterprise value of approximately $720 MM. (Nasdaq: CDT)

East Imperial Plc

Corvus Capital is pleased to have advised Taylor Partners, the activist shareholder of East Imperial plc (LON: EISB), alongside Strand Hanson, on Taylor Partner's successful proposition to make a number of Board changes at EISB.

Ebers Tech Inc.

Corvus is the founding shareholder of Ebers Tech Inc., a private Canadian pharmaceutical company that utilises Co-crystallization and other technology to generate and monetize unique patented compounds and Intellectual Property around cannabinoids and psychedelics.

Corvus was the founding shareholder & principal provider of capital to AIM listed CloudTag.

Lodore Resources

Corvus was a founding shareholder and structured the initial finance for the flotation of Lodore Resources plc.

Imperial Energy

Corvus was a founding shareholder in Imperial Energy and structured its flotation onto AIM in 2004.

Hobson Plc

In the early 1990s, Corvus CEO, Dr Andrew Regan ran a household products business, Cadismark, which was sold to Hobson Plc.

Tristar Resources Plc

Founding shareholder of Tri-Star Resources, Corvus structured the initial acquisition of the Goynuk antimony mine, in the Gediz district of Turkey.

Sirius Petroleum

Corvus Structured the reverse take over of Sirius Petroleum Plc in July 2008 and has raised significant capital for the Company via equity placement.

Red Leopard Holdings Plc

Corvus is a significant shareholder in Red Leopard Holdings Plc. In February 2017, Red Leopard was admitted to AIM as an Investment Company.

Gable Holdings

Corvus was a founding shareholder & principal provider of capital to Gable Holdings, a group specialising in the European insurance and reinsurance sector.

Mentum Investments

A founding shareholder in Mentum Investments, Corvus originated and structured the Company's successful admission to the AIM market in December 2011.

IB Daiwa Corporation

Corvus acquired a controlling interest and Board control of IB Daiwa Corporation, a multinational business conglomerate with headquarters in Tokyo. Following the execution of such Board changes, IB Daiwa Corporation increased its market capitalisation to over US$1 Billion.

Novus Petroleum

Corvus structured and originated the management buyout of Australian-listed Oil and Gas Company Novus Petroleum for US$440m.
