Corvus was a founding shareholder and structured the initial finance for the flotation of Lodore Resources plc, an investment company whose primary objective was to build a group specialising in the oil and gas sector. Lodore listed onto AIM in 2004 with a market capitalisation of £6.4 million. The company was acquired in 2005 for a total consideration of £115.0 million.
