Admission to Aim
Corvus was a founding shareholder of Gable Holdings, a group specialising in the European insurance and reinsurance sector, in 2004 when it took a 33% stake. Corvus facilitated Gable Holding’s admission to AIM in January 2005, and raised £1m via an equity placing. In December 2005 the company acquired Brown Duke AG (name changed to Gable Insurance AG post acquisition) and proceeded with a stated ambition to reach £100m gross written premium in three years. Corvus sold it’s stake in Gable Holdings in 2007.
